Job summary

Mountain Land Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking a friendly Patient Care Coordinator to join our Moab clinic. You’ll manage scheduling, collect payments, and ensure a welcoming experience from check-in to checkout. Training and mentorship are provided to support growth in healthcare.

This front desk role is ideal for candidates with customer service experience and a desire to learn in a supportive outpatient setting that values teamwork and patient care.

Qualifications

• Front desk, medical receptionist, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office) and learning new software quickly.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Friendly, team-oriented, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, creating a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage provider schedules using our scheduling software
• Collect co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and private payments at time of service
• Answer phones and respond to emails with excellent customer service
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all patient interaction
• Keep the front desk and waiting area organized, efficient, and welcoming
• Assist with administrative tasks and accurate patient information updates as needed
