Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with drive to exceed patient expectations.
• Adaptability and positive attitude with fluctuating workloads.
• Desire to learn and grow within the Ivy Rehab Network.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients and assist with scheduling appointments.
