Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to exceptional patient outcomes and care.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients and schedule appointments.
• Answer incoming phone calls and verify insurance coverage.
• Obtain necessary authorization and collect payments.
• Process new patients and help the clinic maintain optimal performance.
