HearingLife is a national hearing care company with clinics across the country. We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the face of our retail clinics, delivering friendly, efficient service while supporting revenue goals and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide high level of customer service.
• Handle 50–75 inbound/outbound calls daily.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Process PPI intake and verify insurance information.
• Manage office supplies and payment processing.
• Maintain hearing aid supplies inventory and HIPAA standards.
