Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and maintain high level of customer service.
• Inbound and outbound calls; 50–75 per day.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments; process intake and verify insurance.
