HearingLife in Highland Park, IL is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to be the friendly face of our retail clinics. You will support patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and help deliver a warm, patient-centered experience.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($16-$20) with a monthly bonus opportunity and a benefits package including PTO, health/dental/vision, 401K, and more. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Act as the face of our retail clinics and deliver a positive patient experience.
• Support clinic to achieve revenue goals by attracting new patients.
• Manage administrative and operational functions and coordinate patient interactions.
• Uphold HIPAA standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
