Drayer Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Roaring Spring, PA clinic. This entry-level office role supports clinic growth and patient intake.

Responsibilities include scheduling referrals, verifying insurance, collecting payments, managing front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and assisting the Clinic Director in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills with patients and staff.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Professional presentation and phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule patient visits.
• Verify insurance coverage for patients.
• Collect patient payments and maintain front desk operations.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere and greet visitors.
• Make welcome calls to optimize arrival rate.
• Manage schedule, document routing, and non-clinical paperwork.
• Monitor deposits, inventory, and caseload; handle insurance reporting.
• Attend required trainings and quarterly compliance sessions.
