Drayer Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Duncansville, PA. The PCC-I supports clinic growth through excellence in front-office operations and patient intake, working closely with the Clinic Director to ensure efficient procedures and a patient-first experience.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling referrals, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and maintaining a clean, organized front

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service
