The PCC-I collaborates with the Clinic Director, handles referrals, schedules visits, and processes payments while maintaining excellent customer service and efficient office workflows.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills are necessary.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collect all payments due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule patient visits.
• Verify insurance coverage for patients and maintain front office processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Attend required trainings and manage non-clinical documentation.
• Monitor deposits, inventory, and insurance reporting.
