Drayer Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Hershey, PA clinic. This entry-level role supports front-office operations, including patient intake, scheduling, and insurance verification, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

You will interact with patients and referents, manage money collected at visits, and collaborate with the Clinic Director to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication with Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, meet deadlines, and work with little supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and improve arrival rate.
• Manage schedule, document routing, overtime, non-clinical documentation, deposits.
• Monitor clinic inventory.
• Attend required training and complete quarterly compliance training.
