The PCC-I collaborates with the Clinic Director to execute clinic procedures, maintain an inviting front desk, and manage referrals, scheduling, and non-clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong time-management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect money due at the time of service.
