BenchMark Physical Therapy in Maynardville, TN is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level role supports clinic operations and patient intake while partnering with the Clinic Director to uphold Upstream Rehabilitation’s standards.

The PCC-I will help collect payments, schedule visits, verify insurance, and ensure a welcoming front desk. Full-time benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, and a 401K match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Customer Service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls to monitor and influence arrival rate.
• Manage schedule efficiently.
• Manage document routing.
• Manage personal overtime.
• Manage non-clinical documentation.
• Monitor clinic inventory.
• Attend required training with the Territory Field Trainers for Raintree and other updates.
• Complete quarterly compliance training.
