Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations; schedule patient visits.
• Verify insurance coverage for patients.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage non-clinical documentation and deposits; monitor deposits.
