Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule patient visits.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain an inviting front office.
• Monitor arrival rate and create a great patient experience.
• Manage scheduling, document routing, deposits, and non-clinical paperwork.
• Attend required trainings and comply with policies.
