BenchMark Physical Therapy in Canton, GA is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to support clinic growth and patient intake. The PCC-I will help manage front office duties, schedule referrals and visits, verify insurance, and ensure a welcoming patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets everyone who enters the clinic in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Schedules new referrals received by fax or by telephone from patients, physician offices.
• Verifies insurance coverage for patients.
• Maintains an orderly and organized front office workspace.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere and make welcome calls; monitor arrival rate.
