Fast Pace Health is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to provide essential administrative support and exceptional patient service under supervision. The role focuses on front desk duties, patient registration, and insurance processing to ensure smooth clinic operations.

You will maintain a welcoming atmosphere, assist with billing-related tasks, and coordinate with clinicians to support patient care and continuity of services at our Henderson, TN site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with CPR certification is required.
• 1 year of medical office experience preferred.
• 3 years' experience in billing and coding with intermediate computer skills (Word/Excel) may be required at Level 2/3.

Responsabilités

• Greet, register, and discharge patients with high-level customer service.
• Input patient demographics and financial information at registration.
• Verify and update patient insurance information at registration.
• Maintain knowledge of medical insurance plans, co-pays, and deductibles.
• Coordinate with providers and clinical staff to manage patient flow.
• Cross-train on back-office duties and ensure compliance training.
