Results Physiotherapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Cookeville, TN to support clinic operations and patient intake.

As an entry-level office role, the PCC-I greets patients, schedules referrals, verifies insurance, collects payments, and keeps the front desk organized while collaborating with the Clinic Director and team to promote an excellent patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication with Business Office and Field leadership.
• Able to multitask and manage details while meeting deadlines.
• Able to work with little to no supervision.
• Strong time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors and maintains inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Schedules new referrals and patient visits.
• Verifies insurance coverage for patients.
• Collects patient payments.
• Maintains front office organization and processes.
• Manage non-clinical documentation and deposits.
• Support clinic growth with efficient intake procedures.
