Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication skills with Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, manage details, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates efficient time management and presentation skills as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule patient visits.
• Verify patient insurance coverage.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere and excellent customer experience.
• Make welcome calls and monitor arrival rates.
• Manage schedules, documents, overtime, and non-clinical tasks.
• Oversee deposits, caseload, and insurance reporting; maintain inventory.
