Results Physiotherapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Charleston, SC. This entry-level office role focuses on maintaining smooth daily clinic operations and delivering excellent customer service to patients and referring offices.

The PCC-I supports the Clinic Director, handling patient intake, scheduling, collections, and non-clinical documentation while promoting a welcoming, efficient front desk experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask across computer programs and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Schedule referrals and patient visits from various sources.
• Verify insurance coverage for patients.
• Collect patient payments and maintain front-office organization.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere and manage arrivals to optimize throughput.
• Handle non-clinical documentation and deposits and monitor inventory.
• Attend required trainings and stay compliant with company processes.
