Results Physiotherapy in Cookeville, TN, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I to join our team. This entry-level role focuses on patient intake, front-office operations, and exceptional customer service within a busy clinic environment.

The PCC-I collaborates with the Clinic Director to ensure efficient procedures, manages referrals, scheduling, insurance verification, and daily front office tasks while upholding the mission and values of Upstream

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to multitask and manage details with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls to patients and monitor arrival rate.
• Manage schedules and document routing.
• Handle deposits and non-clinical documentation.
• Monitor caseload, discharge candidate, and insurance reporting.
• Maintain clinic inventory and participate in training.
