Job summary

Results Physiotherapy/AST is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Hendersonville, TN team. The role supports clinic operations, manages patient intake, verifies insurance, collects payments, and ensures a welcoming front desk experience.

The PCC-I works with the Clinic Director to drive efficient processes and patient satisfaction. The position is full-time with standard business hours; candidates should excel at multitasking, communication, and teamwork to support Upstream

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, detail-oriented, meet deadlines, work with little supervision.
• As a team member, strong time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls to patients.
• Monitor and influence arrival rate through a great patient experience.
• Handle Practice Management tasks.
• Manage scheduling efficiently.
• Route documents.
• Handle personal overtime.
• Manage non-clinical documentation.
• Manage deposits.
• Manage caseload, discharge candidate, progress notes, and insurance reporting.
• Monitor clinic inventory.
• Training participation.
• Attend required trainings with TFTs for process updates.
• Complete quarterly compliance training.
