Job summary

Mountain Land Physical Therapy Partners is seeking a competent Patient Care Coordinator (Front Desk / Medical Receptionist) in Eagle to manage scheduling and payment collection, ensuring a welcoming, efficient patient experience from check-in to checkout.

You will be trained and mentored, supporting both experienced front office candidates and those new to healthcare, with opportunities to grow into medical billing or clinic operations as you advance.

Qualifications

• Front office, medical receptionist, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office) and learning new software quickly
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Friendly, team-oriented, professional demeanor
• Willingness to learn and grow in a healthcare setting

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, creating a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage provider schedules using our scheduling software
• Collect co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and private payments at time of service
• Answer phones and respond to emails with excellent customer service
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all patient interaction
• Keep the front desk and waiting area organized, efficient, and welcoming
• Assist with administrative tasks and accurate patient information updates as needed
