Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking a friendly, organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our Boise clinic. You will handle check-in/check-out, schedule management, and patient payments while keeping a welcoming, efficient experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk, medical receptionist, or customer service preferred.
• Comfort with computers and learning new software quickly.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, creating a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage provider schedules using scheduling software
• Collect co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and private payments at time of service
• Answer phones and respond to emails with excellent customer service
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all patient interaction
• Keep the front desk and waiting area organized, efficient, and welcoming
• Assist with administrative tasks and accurate patient information updates as needed
