Mountain Land Physical Therapy, in partnership with Registered Physical Therapists (RPT), is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator for our clinics in the Riverton area. You’ll manage patient scheduling, collect payments, and create a welcoming front desk environment with full training and mentorship.

This role suits both experienced medical receptionists and newcomers to healthcare, offering growth into medical billing or clinic operations while upholding HIPAA standards and professional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in front office or medical receptionist or customer service preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and learning scheduling software.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients.
• Manage therapists' schedules using scheduling software.
• Collect co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and private payments.
• Answer phones and respond to emails with excellent service.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Keep front desk and waiting area organized.
