You will greet patients, schedule referrals, verify insurance, and maintain an organized reception area while delivering friendly, responsive customer service.

The PCC-I supports clinic growth by coordinating patient intake, financial collections, and non-clinical documentation in collaboration with the Clinic Director, ensuring smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.
