Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collect payments and verify insurance at point of service.
• Schedule patient visits and convert referrals into evaluations.
• Create an inviting front-office atmosphere and handle non-clinical documentation.
