Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in accurately for appointments.
• Assist patients with scheduling and updating records in EMR.
• Maintain on-time appointment flow and notify physicians of arrivals.
• Retrieve and file patient records as needed and collect payments.
• Manage office supplies and ensure entrance area is clean and organized.
• Protect patient rights and confidentiality; support team with additional duties.
