Job summary

Upperline Health Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to support physicians and care teams in delivering an outstanding patient experience, primarily based in our Lutherville clinic.

You will serve as a key connection between patients and providers, ensuring patients feel welcomed, informed, and prepared for visits. The role emphasizes front-desk duties, patient check-in, appointment scheduling, and EMR management, with travel to nearby clinics as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-office, patient check-in, scheduling, and billing is preferred.
• Healthcare clinic experience, especially podiatric/orthopedic, is advantageous.
• Experience with athenahealth EMR is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front desk, greet patients and answer calls.
• Manage check-in, collect patient information.
• Schedule appointments and field patient inquiries.
• Maintain EMR records and patient privacy.
• Assist with billing questions and payments.
• Support clinic operations and travel to nearby clinics if needed.
