Pacific Medical Centers is opening a brand‑new primary care clinic in Woodinville, WA, and we’re seeking a passionate Patient Care Coordinator to help bring this space to life. This role handles front office tasks, patient referrals, registration, scheduling, scanning and customer service to ensure a smooth visit.

You’ll answer phones, greet visitors, manage co‑payments, coordinate same‑day appointments across disciplines, and arrange interpreter services when needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a medical/healthcare setting or 2 years of experience in a customer service role
• 6 months of recent receptionist or front desk experience

Responsibilities

• Front office clerical and support tasks including patient referrals, patient registration, scheduling, scanning and customer service
• Answer the phone, greet visitors and provide clerical support
• Schedule appointments coordinating multiple same-day patient appointments with different disciplines and arrange interpreter services when needed
