Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of computer proficiency with MS Office apps (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• At least 1 year of customer service or healthcare experience.
• Ability to travel to other locations for coverage if needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone and provide clear instructions.
• Collect up-to-date patient information (name, address, insurance).
• Verify insurance on the date of service.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
• Maintain organized, clean work area and accurate records.
• Follow HIPAA, OSHA/WISHA and PPE guidelines.
• Support the care team to meet financial, clinical and service goals.
