• Handles new and existing patient inquiries.
• Ensures EMR and correspondence are accurate and up-to-date in the EMR system.
• Collects and posts patient payments.
• Answers phone calls and emails relaying information and messages.
• Schedules, reschedules and cancels patient appointments.
• Provides support to their assigned doctor and assists other PCCs.
• Provides supplement and nutraceutical information to patients and answers questions as needed.
• Respects patient confidentiality per HIPAA/HITECH laws.
