Responsibilities

• Schedule and triage appointment requests for urgency according to guidelines.
• Greet patients and conduct check-in process.
• Use EHR to take messages and communicate with clinicians.
• Travel up to 10% within the region as needed.
• Close payment batches and balance via cash control procedures.
