BenchMark Physical therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Georgetown, DE to support clinic growth and ensure smooth front-office operations. The role focuses on patient intake, insurance verification, payments, and delivering excellent service in a welcoming environment.

You will greet patients, schedule referrals, verify coverage, collect payments, and help maintain an organized front office.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication with Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask and manage details to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented with strong time management and presentation abilities.

Aufgaben

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide customer service and create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and monitor arrival rate to improve patient experience.
• Manage schedule, document routing, overtime, and non-clinical documentation.
• Manage deposits, caseload, discharge notes, and insurance reporting.
• Monitor clinic inventory and participate in required training.
