BenchMark Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Chamblee, GA. This entry-level office role supports daily clinic operations and patient intake with a focus on outstanding customer service.

You will greet patients, schedule referrals, verify insurance, and help maintain a welcoming front desk. The role offers full-time hours, opportunity to grow, and benefits including medical and 401K.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Communication skills - must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service
• Convert referrals into evaluations
• Schedule patient visits
• Customer Service
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make all welcome calls and monitor arrival rate through creation of a great customer experience
• Manage schedule efficiently
• Manage document routing
• Manage personal overtime
• Manage non-clinical documentation
• Manage deposits
• Manage caseload, D/C candidate, progress note, and insurance reporting
• Monitor clinic inventory
