Job summary

BenchMark Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, seeks a Patient Care Coordinator in Fairhope, AL to support clinic growth through efficient front-office operations and patient intake processes.

The PCC-I will collaborate with the Clinic Director to ensure smooth daily procedures, excellent customer service, and accurate handling of referrals, scheduling, billing, and non-clinical tasks.

Qualifications

• Entry-level office role focused on clinic operations.
• Strong customer service skills expected.
• Must multitask across multiple computer programs daily.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and maintain inviting front desk atmosphere.
• Schedule referrals and patient visits; assist with admissions.
• Verify insurance coverage for patients; collect payments.
• Manage non-clinical documents and deposits; monitor inventory.
• Support clinic directors with efficient front-office procedures.
