Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Team player with good time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule patient visits.
• Provide strong customer service and create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and monitor arrival rate for a great patient experience.
• Manage scheduling, document routing, overtime, non-clinical docs, deposits, and insurance reporting.
• Assist with inventory and other clinic operations as needed.
