BenchMark Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Marietta, GA to join our team. The PCC-I supports clinic growth and patient intake, collaborating with the Clinic Director to ensure efficient procedures.

Responsibilities include collecting payments, converting referrals, scheduling visits, handling customer service, maintaining a welcoming front office, and completing compliance training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication with Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask and manage time with minimal supervision.
• Team player with efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule patient visits.
• Verify insurance coverage for patients and collect payments.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere and handle welcome calls.
• Maintain organized front office and manage non-clinical documentation.
