BenchMark Physical Therapy in Batesville, IN is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to support clinic growth and ensure smooth front-office operations. The PCC-I will collaborate with the Clinic Director to execute efficient clinic procedures and uphold Upstream Rehabilitation’s mission and values.

The role requires strong customer service, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to daily tasks, with responsibilities spanning scheduling, patient intake, and coordination with referrals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, meet deadlines, work with little supervision.
• As a member of a team, possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Schedule patient visits and manage referrals from fax or phone.
• Verify insurance coverage for patients.
• Maintain an organized front office workspace and workflow.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
