OrthoLazer Orthopedic Wellness Centers in Frisco, TX is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the face and voice of the center, shaping each patient’s experience from the initial call through their care journey.

You will blend patient engagement, education on laser therapy, and front‑office operations to keep the clinic running smoothly, while delivering warm, professional interactions and supporting a high‑quality, drug‑free treatment path.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare or service industries.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients and team members, both verbally and in writing.
• Familiarity with healthcare workflows and patient scheduling processes.
• Comfort with handling payments and financial transactions professionally.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact, delivering a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for every patient.
• Build meaningful rapport with patients, fostering trust in their care journey.
• Educate patients on laser therapy, treatment expectations, and benefits.
• Manage inbound/outbound communications via phone, text, and email.
