Job summary

HearingLife is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the face of our retail clinics nationwide. You will drive a positive patient experience by coordinating appointments, managing administrative duties, and supporting clinic revenue goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service, administrative, or healthcare experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; detail-oriented.
• Proficient with scheduling software and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, ensuring a high level of service.
• Handle 50–75 inbound/outbound calls daily.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Collect and verify insurance information for patients.
