Aufgaben

• Greet and orient patients, visitors, and staff entering the building.
• Answer incoming calls warmly and professionally.
• Maintain a neat, orderly reception area and awareness of building activity.
• Schedule family therapy and outpatient psychiatry appointments.
• Provide intake to new clients and verify demographics and insurance data.
• Maintain patient charts with confidentiality per HIPAA and Compass policy.
• Utilize the EMR to verify appointments and schedule clinicians when needed.
• Collect payments and issue receipts for outpatient psychiatry and therapy appointments.
• Open and close the facility in accordance with procedures.
• Perform clerical duties to support center operations.
