Job summary

Results Physiotherapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Durham clinic.

In this full-time role you will greet patients, schedule referrals, verify insurance, collect payments, and support the clinic operations under the Clinic Director. The PCC-I emphasizes excellent customer service, multitasking across computer systems, and helping the team deliver compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, meet deadlines, work with little supervision.
• Efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Customer Service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and monitor arrival rate.
• Manage schedule efficiently, document routing, overtime, non-clinical documentation, deposits, caseload, and insurance reporting.
• Monitor clinic inventory.
• Attend required training and complete compliance training.
