Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and ensure a positive arrival experience.
• Manage schedule efficiently and document routing.
• Oversee deposits and non-clinical paperwork.
• Monitor caseload, discharge candidates, progress notes, and insurance reporting.
• Monitor clinic inventory and training compliance.
• Attend required trainings with Territory Field Trainers for updates; complete quarterly compliance training.
