The PCC-I collaborates with the Clinic Director to ensure efficient processes, a welcoming atmosphere, and accurate non-clinical administration. This role offers growth, standard 40-hour weeks, and opportunities to contribute to patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Core responsibilities: Collect money due at time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Customer Service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make all welcome calls; monitor arrival rate for great customer experience.
• Practice Management: Manage schedule efficiently; document routing; manage overtime; manage non-clinical documentation; manage deposits; manage caseload, D/C candidate, progress note, and insurance reporting; monitor clinic inventory.
• Training: Attend required training with TFTs and complete quarterly compliance training.
