Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of related work experience in an office, healthcare, or call center.
• English reading, writing and speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients arriving at the branch, creating a welcoming and supportive experience.
• Answer inbound calls, provide clear information, and resolve common questions or concerns.
• Coordinate timely equipment delivery with the branch team to meet patient needs.
• Work with the sales team, referral sources, and patients to collect required documentation and ensure insurance guidance.
• Review patient accounts to maximize health plan benefits and accelerate access to care.
• Follow up with patients to confirm satisfaction and address outstanding needs.
