Job summary

Excelsia Injury Care is seeking an enthusiastic Medical Administrative Assistant to greet patients, manage check-ins/outs, and support chiropractors with patient documentation. You will handle appointment follow-ups, imaging and records requests, and coordinate communication between patients and providers.

The role requires basic computer skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment, with emphasis on accuracy and patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months+ medical office administrative experience.
• Basic computer skills including data entry, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check in/out with proper customer service etiquette.
• Follow up with appointment confirmations and no-show calls.
• Scan and upload paperwork to the EHR; update hospital records and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with chiropractors to prepare patients for exams and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist with patient flow, scheduling, prior authorizations, and provider communications.
• Other duties as assigned.
