Job summary

Capital Health System, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Clerical Coordinator to support the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).

You will serve as the primary contact for participants, caregivers, and the care team, and you will schedule internal and external doctors' appointments while ensuring timely communications. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of college or technical school preferred.
• One year of related healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedules inside and outside doctors' appointments.
• Notifies appropriate manager when schedule changes occur.
• Maintains complete and accurate participant schedules and coordinates with care team.
• Creates EMR authorizations and inputs provider information into the EMR.
