Accendra Health is hiring a Branch Coordinator in Phoenix to deliver excellent patient service by phone and in person. You will process orders, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and bill plans while supporting the branch team and ensuring timely, accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related experience.
• Strong communication and computer skills; able to work across systems.
• Ability to handle billing/invoice documentation tasks and insurance coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for patients arriving in person and by phone.
• Handle inbound calls, provide information, troubleshoot issues, and route queries.
• Process branch orders, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and input data.
• Gather documentation to meet insurance guidelines and bill plans.
• Collect payments, reconcile receivables, and manage daily cash flow.
• Perform outbound calls to patients/referrals for satisfaction surveys.
• Support periodic downloads of devices and basic equipment tests.
• Perform other duties as required.
