Qualifications

• At least one year related work experience.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person or by phone.
• Process new orders and verify insurance information.
• Obtain authorizations and coordinate with payor guidelines.
• Collect payments, reconcile daily receivables, and assist with billing.
• Support branch team with documentation and data entry as needed.
