Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal relations and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient intake and pre-registration; assists with initial authorizations and insurance information gathering.
• Obtains signatures and documentation required by insurance plans; records data into patient system.
• Maintains materials, documents, correspondence, and routine reports; supports electronic medical records and billing systems.
• Schedules physician appointments, tests, procedures and surgeries; prepares and processes patient documentation.
• Maintains patient experience through effective communication and coordination with care teams and departments.
